My appointment was with agent Austin in the Lynnwood Best Buy store. With each question
I had, and going at my pace, he explained how my IPhone works. I had a few stumbling blocks, but with his patience and support, I overcame them. He had simplfied things where I had complicated them. And that's quite a feat! I am very grateful for his service, and am happy to have found the place to go for any tech help I need. Thank you for honoring this customer's commendaton for Austin. Update has been made. Geek Squad has paid for a new drive.I was having issues with windows installing. I gave the Geek Squad team my computer to install windows because I was having issues. They told after about a week they couldn’t and I needed a new motherboard. I came and got my computer from them and it was apparently still hooked up as I could hear them detaching my computer from what is was hooked up to and the sound of case panels being put back on on. Once getting it home and taking a look at everything. They had shattered the sata port to my brand new barracuda 2TB hard drive. The band new hard drive that is formatted for windows. Roberta was the most amazing Geek Squad Agent I've ever encountered! She was friendly, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. I brought my HP in (walk in) for a diagnostics and she immediately knew it was a fan malfunction. Roberta went above and beyond to get the laptop open even with 4 tripped crews not coming out! Ultimately, she got it all taken care of, even cleaned it of any malware, and got it working like new!! Praises to Roberta!
