This spring, there was a noise coming from the outside of our house, and I thought it was the exterior of the vent. I called Joe, he came out and looked at it, and he showed me that the noise was actually coming from a different vent. I felt terrible for bothering Joe for something that wasn't his fault, but he was incredibly gracious and proceeded to fix the other vent for me. He wouldn't even let me pay him for his trouble.
