HANG UP !!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!! This company is terrible, rude, and downright unhelpful when there is an emergency. We were locked out from our car, with all belongings inside (house keys, phones and wallets). Upon the 1st call, they promised a 5-10 minutes show time and never showed up. On the 2nd call, a lady picked up our call and started to ask for our credit card information before they would send anyone out to us. Again, we are in an emergency. We did not have any belongings with us and after 10 minutes of constant explaining, we gave up. We tried another close by service, Mystic Locksmith and received wonderful service from them. Picked a random place to get my car unlocked. Took all of maybe 1 min to do so and quoted for $430. Not at all market pricing ($50-$250) so what gives?! Lesson learned. Just don’t do it.
Misleading and rude. Not actually located here - Google Maps shows this Green Lake location a few blocks from us. I called for an appointment and was told there is no technician in that area, then they hung up on me. Seems shady.
