Paul was very professional, very punctual and what I really like was that he explained all the chemicals that he was going to use and they were environmentally friendly, safe for pets and children. Enviro-Care did a perfect job and provided really excellent and friendly service. The cleaning process worked really well for our two large (9x11) wool rugs that hadn't been properly cleaned since they were purchased 10 years ago. They look almost new again and are odor-free. And Paul is very easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend him highly enough!
