We undertook a large-scale remodel from March to October with Emerald Isle Tile, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Though I don't usually write reviews, our experience with Andrew and Marcus was exceptional, so I need to let you know about it. After years of waiting to start this project, wanting everything to be perfect, Andrew came out and provided a remarkably detailed bid (over 25 pages). He captured all the updates we wanted and gave us a very fair estimate. As is common with remodels, our project evolved, and Andrew was flexible in updating the bid to accommodate changes we hadn't initially considered. We reworked every inch of our main level, resulting in a gorgeous new kitchen, a beautiful powder room, additional storage space, and a well-designed layout. Andrew managed the bids and assisted with revisions throughout the project, while Marcus oversaw the day-to-day work. Both were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful, maintaining excellent communication throughout. We absolutely love our new home!
