I’m an out of towner and w spent a little extra on an Uber to get to this location based on reviews, and it’s so worth it! The facility was clean, tranquil, organized, and efficient. The two greeters were calm, attentive, and kind, and my therapist, Lukela, was a life-changer. It is very rare to find someone who can truly treat the muscular deficits in my former-athlete body while also promoting relaxation for long-term benefits. This is one of the nicest studios I've been too! The staff was very kind. Lukela was awesome - he's very attentive and consistently checks in during the appointment to help with breathing and making sure the correct issues are being addressed. I will 100% be back to see him again!
Josie B. is the best massage therapist I have ever had! Masterful, intuitive, empathetic. Incredibly skilled and professional. I felt very taken care of, from the pre-massage brief, during the massage, and after care. I requested extra attention on the neck and shoulders and got exactly what I needed. I appreciate Josie's extensive knowledge and experience, and proficiency in working with all aspects of the body. I cannot recommend Josie highly enough!
