I wanted to like this place. The staff were nice. The place was clean. However my builder gel extensions have lifted after less than a week. One nail lifted from the tip the next day after getting them done and they kindly did the repair free of charge. Now, it’s been nearly a week and several nails have lifted. I’m disappointed because the tech did an amazing job taking care of my cuticles and shaping the gel but it’s not lasting :(

love this place!! i have come here to get acrylics and they ALWAYS do the best job. they are efficient, kind, and flexible with appointments/walk ins. not to mention the prices being incredibly affordable and reasonable. I have never paid more than $65 (after tip) for acrylics here, while other places will charge me up to 90!!! thanks b nails!?

Hannah took such great care of me today! Got my nails done for graduation and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was so careful and precise. My mum got a pedicure and she also loved it. Best nail salon experience yet! Thank you all!
