I recently had a 1-hour Deep Tissue / Sports Massage with Marco I. and they were tremendously thorough in their work despite the time limit, even putting in an extra few minutes of massage just to be sure. I came in feeling tense and having a sore back from a physically demanding week and Marco largely took care of that by the end of the session such that I was able to get back into my usual physical exercise routine without a hitch. Last but not least, they were very nice and willing to answer my question on recommended daily stretches to keep my back and related limbs working as smoothly as possible.
