Great stylist, poor organizational skills. I was double booked, the booking method kept changing, non-responsive to text messages or in app messages, and then unilaterally changed a scheduled appointment with little notice. On the last occasion I visited Adream, I she texted me at 7:30am that my 9:30am appointment was now going to be 10:30am. I had planned my day including work meetings around this hair appointment so delay by an hour would not work and I said, sorry, but I have to cancel.
