I’ve seen Franki twice. The first time she fixed a cut my long time hairstylist did that was…meh. I felt amazing leaving her salon. She listens! And she clearly cares about her clients as much as she cares about our hair. I booked with her again for my another cut and she asked the perfect questions to help me decide what I wanted without influencing me in any way other than encouraging me to listen to and trust myself. Franki knows it’s more than hair, and she’s lovely to spend time with. Plus her space is so fun! I’m so happy a friend recommended her and hope I’ll get to see her for years to come.
