We've tried many, MANY dry cleaners in and around Seattle, and Dexter Dry Cleaners far outranks its competitors. I have had several delicate and difficult alterations done here, including a chiffon layered pant for a wedding, and wow! Beautiful outcome every time. They do require an appointment for alterations now, so make sure to call ahead of time; that said, they are very accommodating for last minute appointments. They also do a great job with traditional dry cleaning service, and we could not be happier with how our garments come out.
Had a very positive experience getting three dresses altered here. The staff was kind, efficient, and did great work. I will definitely be back for any future alteration or tailoring needs!
I didn’t actually have any service done at this business but I just wanted to come review and thank the staff. I’m traveling to the east coast for a wedding and needed my bridesmaids dress pressed. They asked first if I was traveling then recommended getting it done when I get there. I just think it’s really awesome they asked first and informed me the material wrinkles really easily and even if I carried it as a personal item I should wait until I’m there to do it. I know some business’ wouldn’t even ask any questions and have you pay for the service anyway even if it didn’t last in the long run.
