Most precise and custom massage I’ve ever had. The massage therapists I’ve had in the past just run through their routine without addressing my concerns. Elizabeth is different and goes straight to the areas of concern and provides her findings at the end of the session. My next visit is already booked!

Loved my experience here!! Elizabeth provided recommendations for treatment and then reviewed observations with me at the end. They were also very thoughtful and kind with a soothing and calm temperament. I can already tell my muscle recovery was sped up immensely!! Highly recommend!

Immediately booked my next appointment after my first session with Elizabeth. I felt heard and really cared for as she actively considered how I use my body for my work, and tended to more areas than I was aware needed attention. I felt safe and comfortable. Elizabeth's deep understanding of anatomy shows through her accurate yet seamless placements of consistent pressure. She is thorough and paced the sequencing expertly where each area received ample attention. After 3 major car accidents, I've seen a lot of different practitioners and am genuinely impressed and grateful for Elizabeth's gift and experience.
