Jay was incredible to help clean my wedding dress. There was a water stain that I tried to remove but it ended up traveling up the train to the back of the dress so I ended up going to Crown Cleaners the morning 1 day before my wedding. I didn't know if it could be cleaned in time or not. Before finding Crown Cleaners, another dry cleaning business they said it would take 1 week. I'm immensely grateful that Jay could do it and highly recommend this business to family and friends!!!
I stopped by Crown Cleaners hoping for help with a broken zipper, and was warmly greeted at the door by the gentleman behind the counter. Without hesitation, he took a look and quickly fixed what I feared might be the end of my one nice coat. Not only did he help me out of a bind, but he also humbly refused any compensation.
That brief interaction gave me more than just a repaired zipper, it renewed my faith in kindness and humanity. It's clear that small business is still very much alive in Seattle, and exceptional service continues to thrive at Crown Cleaners. He’s absolutely earned my loyalty, and I’ll be bringing all my coats here in the future for cleaning.

I was so nervous about dropping my wedding dress off because it had gotten so dirty at our wedding and was so worried Crown Cleaners wouldn’t be able to get the dirt out. I was so surprised to pick up my wedding dress and see that they were able to get most all of the dirt and grim out of it. So happy with the work and would highly recommend!
