We cannot say enough good things about CRD! We went through a kitchen and basement remodel during my third trimester with our second baby. The CRD design team was excellent, Amy and Lizzie recognized my vision and brought it to life with amazing recommendations to add additional character and function to our home! Jason and Derek ran our project incredibly well even finishing 1 WEEK EARLY! Unheard of in construction and much appreciated so we could come home from the hospital to a fully finished house. Truly amazing and we will use them for all of our home projects going forward!!
We've worked with CRD on two projects (so far) and are very happy with the results! I appreciate their fixed price model and that design and build are managed consistently end-to-end. I feel this business model helps ensure that CRD's incentives are more closely aligned with ours than in an alternate pricing model.
When other people who've gone through a remodel found out we were re-doing our entire ground floor including a small addition, they'd often try to commiserate but our experience was great and we have very little to relate to typical renovation problems. The 450 sq ft addition to our Tudor home has positively impacted our daily lives as a family of five. We love looking out into our west-facing backyard full of blooming greenery and wildlife through our new windows and walls. Our now larger, multi-purpose family bathroom feels like a spa. Friends and family have praised the quality of the workmanship.
Jim, our construction team lead, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The construction phase compensated for the communication issues during the design phase.
