4 stars for scheduling and reception. 4 stars for MDs. Nobody's perfect. 1 star for nursing staff. If you are thinking these people are compassionate caregivers. I suppose some truly are... many are not. There are some but sadly this system is rife with arrogance, and that is a shame. I don't understand.

Dr. Douglas Wood saved my life with a wedge resection of my lung to remove cancer. I had studied my options and decided to come to Uwmc from Montana for this surgery. I'm so glad I did. The entire team and hospital's staff were fabulous and well worth the drive. I am so grateful!

At this point I have been to the ER I think over 5 times with my mom. Nurses started to recognise me lol which is not funny actually. Anyway my mom who is 80 years old have health issues and on top of that she have depression and anxiety ( who isn't these days thanks to the pandemic) so we went there many times for health reasons. Honestly they are hard working staff. Super supportive and sweet. They are all here to help and you can tell they have passion to help and care. Some hospitals you go in and you feel like you should t be there but not this hospital. I am very thankful to all of them at the ER department as well the third floor inpatient care. Thank you all for being amazing
