I was pleased with how attentive and kind the staff were. It's a relaxing atmosphere. At the end of your service there's a sitting area with white sand under your feet while enjoying the complimentary cup of cold ice tea and an orange!
I have been going to City Sweats weekly now for 3 weeks and I love them! The place is very clean and the cabin you are in quite relaxing. The infrared saunas are excellent with adjustable temperature, wooden bench & back rest. Customer service is excellent. I like the multiple nice touches with light therapy in the cabin you can adjust, a timer to tell you when 45 min is up, bluetooth connection for your phone to play music, enough towels, and even aromatherapy. There is a bell to ask for more water when needed. A shower is available to use right afterwards and there is a sand room to relax in with some tonic and orange afterwards. Excellent infrared sauna experience with facilities that are private, clean, and very thoughtfully designed (includes light therapy, a timer for 45 min, ability to ring for help or more water, aromatherapy, cool and dry towels, shower close by, and an after session rest area with tonic and orange to cool down). Customer service is great and folks I have met so far are very friendly and helpful. I come here weekly and have been a customer for almost a month. It's a great addition to my self care routine. The heat really helps muscle recovery and I sleep so much better after my City Sweats session.
