I have only ever in my life found two massage therapists I’ve been comfortable with, and Aera is one of them - and is now my first choice. Finding an accessible, COVID-safe massage therapist in year 4 of the pandemic feels like winning the lottery as a chronically ill/disabled person living in isolation. Aera is also the first massage therapist I’ve seen who has a deep personal experience with chronic pain, and it shows in their work. Aera is an amazing massage therapist. After many years of receiving massages from others, I will not be able to settle for anyone else.Thanks to Aera’s light touch style massage I go home both much more relaxed and also not in pain from being “beaten up” by my LMT. I am a chronic pain patient and Aera has never failed to bring my pain level down 2-4 points on the 10-point scale.The office infection prevention measures are awesome. The ventilation, air filtration and cleaning protocols give me confidence I will not leave with an illness.
