The entire team is amazing, warm and welcoming. Lauren is my go-to and she’s just so damn good at her job it’s insane. I always leave feeling incredibly loose and relaxed, and I literally count the days until my next session. 5 Stars just ain’t enough for this place. Please go give them all your money!

It’s a small studio, the last class I took there were only 3 students and I think the biggest class I’ve been to was 10, so there’s more opportunity for personalized instruction and hands on assistance (there are painted rocks to indicate if you want to be touched or not). I was traveling in Seattle in August, and I took a yoga class here. Two months later and I am still thinking about it! The class itself was amazing, and I loved the combination of calm and powerful that I felt during and afterwards. I also loved their system of using a painted rock to signify if you felt comfortable being touched by the instructor. It made me feel so safe and full of agency in the studio. I haven’t always felt like that in a dance/yoga studio context, so this extra effort towards consent meant so much to me!! I wholeheartedly recommend this yoga studio to anyone who is interested.
