Body Reflects is a lower Queen Anne oasis that offers a joyful community experience for Seattlites seeking to relieve stress, cultivate strength and awareness. The studio practices vinyasa yoga, focusing on carefully placed steps and precise alignment to help practitioners move safely and enjoyably, preparing to calm the mind and rest well. The knowledgeable teachers guide students through poses, helping them gain confidence and stability in their practice. The space is beautiful, with easy access to cubbies and interesting products. The team is warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and casual environment. Classes are small, allowing for personalized instruction and hands-on assistance, with painted rocks indicating if touching is desired. The classes feel calm and not intense, with modifications offered based on injuries or how each person feels that day. The studio isn't hot, which complements the relaxed vibe. The location near Seattle Center offers paid street parking and free spots a short walk away. Overall, this studio provides a calming, supportive atmosphere for anyone looking to practice yoga and reflect a healthy, balanced self.
