We had a minor clog in our kitchen sink that we thought might be related to some recent work we had completed by Bob Oates. We called one evening and they sent Sergio, who is awesome, out before lunch the next day! While we appear to have fixed the clog ourselves, Sergio's customer service was awesome and he completed a thorough check of all the piping--he event went into our crawl space to make sure it wasn't leaking or clogged there. We appreciate him going above and beyond!
