On Wednesday, October 15, my Mercedes was towed from my own apartment complex (Trailside) without any warning. While the situation itself was extremely frustrating, Big D Towing and the employee who helped me (I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me all the details I needed, and even sympathized with me about how unfair the tow was since it wasn’t my fault. Despite an awful and stressful situation, he treated me with patience and understanding. I really appreciated how respectful and compassionate he was, it made a bad experience much easier to deal with.

Had my car towed, and felt like the price was too high. They patiently walked me through the charges. Overall great dudes, feel like tow truck drivers catch a lot of flack but at the end of the day they’re just doing their jobs.
