I had a pesky toilet situation that mystified another plumber. Willem and Dylan came out today and within minutes fixed the problem! They were both so nice, competent and a pleasure to work with.
Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.
Big rave for Janine at Best Plumbing Showroom in Seattle. I went online to find a replacement kitchen faucet head for a 14 year old fixture. It was a discontinued model so no luck. We then talked to Janine at Best where we originally bought the fixture. She went to bat for us with the manufacturer and the replacement head was soon on its way. No charge; covered under the original lifetime warranty. This proves the value of working with small local businesses instead of box stores or Amazon. Thanks, Janine! You're the Best! Pun intended.
