Don't waste your money or your time (or your hair!) at Rudy's or any number of the bougie boutique whatevers in Capitol Hill or downtown or wherever. Kim will fix you up with a cheaper and quicker and better cut in a way cooler location.

First time my boyfriend got a haircut from her. It’s only Madam Kim doing the haircuts. She was nice, the space was clean, she was friendly, she took walkins. She was quick to give him a fade for $23. She knew to use scissors at the top of his head compared to previous hairstylists who would use a razor.
Her space is upstairs so if you notice the front door locked, just knock on the door and she will come down. We would go back to her again. There’s no parking in the front. Street parking only.
