Have had them come out twice to remove branches hanging over the house, and to improve the health of a rhododendron tree. They're super professional, check in when done, quick, and timely. Will have them back out for future needs.
Our property is a corner lot with a lot of trees and shrubs. They trimmed the tees and developed a year-round treatment plan for a the trees with pests, giving us the best chance to save them. The crews are always willing to answer any questions I have. When service is over, the only evidence that they were there are great looking trees.
After years of using tree toppers, I finally called Bartlett to have a properly licensed arborist asses the trees on my property. I learned a lot from Taylor and had a great chat. I’ve now had Bartlett perform 3 services including cabling an evergreen at risk of landing on a neighboring home, deep root nourishing for a Dogwood and Madrona trimming to get back a sound view. All were done with great respect to the environment and me. They may be a little more expensive than the average tree Joe, but they are worth the experience and peace of mind.
