I had a positive experience with AV Painting, and I would recommend you consider them when choosing a company to paint the exterior of your house as they did mine. The work also included some trim repair, which was done well. They are not the cheapest, based on my limited requests for proposals, but their estimate was comprehensive and well-organized. I don't write these types of reviews unless I mean it. AV Painting just painted mine and my neighbors' connecting townhouses. I can't describe what a great job the crew did. These are not easy townhouses to paint; both of them are narrow and very tall. The crew took the time to caulk every opening up and down each house. Neither house had been painted in more than 20 years. They took their time; they moved obstacles out of the way on each balcony. They did all of this while dealing with unfriendly weather.
