I’ve been coming here for a year and I absolutely adore my hair stylist Sue Austin! She provides incredible services, uses high quality products, and gives great hair care advice.

The salon itself is always clean, organized, and easy to book with online. They have amazing hair products for sale that are so worth the results! It’s also very nice to be offered water upon arrival.

When I initially went to Julia, it was as a stop gap because I couldn’t make it to my regular barber, but she did such a great job that I never looked back! I’ve always struggled because most stylists don’t understand how to use clippers for a barbered look, but most barbers have a hard time with the subtleties of a barbered cut that is still on the femme side, but Julia nailed it! She helped me articulate what I wanted and is always open to feedback and making adjustments. She’s also a complete sweetheart and just fun to talk to.

I have seen both Jenn and Julia at Arrow several times and have always had a great experience. All of the stylists there are great at what they do, and make you feel welcome and comfortable while you’re in their chair.

Every time I visit Arrow, I get weeks of compliments on my hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
