Booked a facial and massage for my daughter, she was extremely impressed with her services, specifically her facial with Shani! It was her first time and left feeling so educated on her skin and how to better take care of it at home.

There was an incident with the utilities there and caused appointment being cancelled due to safety. It was handled very professionally and apologetically, even though it was not their fault.
Ended up rescheduling and was given add on for the inconvenience. I didn’t feel that was necessary by any means but I appreciate the effort to go above and beyond.
The facility itself is very clean and well laid out, offering showers and dry sauna as well.

The new location is beautiful and parking is very easy. I got an 80 minute deep tissue from Nicole. One of the best massages I’ve had and she was able to help loosen up some major knots in my shoulders. Highly recommend anyone looking to get a massage at Ananya to book Nicole.
