I heard so many good things about this place, and after reading the reviews I was convinced this was the place to get four of my coats and tuxedo buttons replaced. When I went to the shop the lady I spoked to said that she can enlarge the buttons holes especially when the replace buttons were larger and I also asked her to dry cleaned the coat.
Total was $73.93. When I went to pick up the first coat everything looked great, however, I tried to button up the coat and the buttons did not go through the hole, when I asked her she said she couldn’t do it. We have used them for years but recently they’ve become totally untransparent about pricing.
A recent alteration ended up costing 3x the original quote and a comforter cleaning cost more than the comforter.
Do not use.

I don't know what happened to this cleaners. Lived in the area and used them for the last 12 -13 years and until now they've always been great. Brought in a thick Irish wool sweater in May to get dry cleaned at the end of the season and then put it away until December. When I went to put the sweater on this winter, I noticed there was a pretty significant stain still remaining on the front right hand side. I brought it back in and the woman said that she wasn't responsible for it after this long of a period of time; which kind of makes sense, except that I never had to double check their work before, so it didn't dawn on me that I had to do so now.... read full review
