Allan Kaplan, Certified Advanced Rolfer - Rain City Rolfing

I've seen Allan a few times for hip-related issues. I have experienced increasing hip and lower back pain over the years which seemed related to tight muscles around my left leg. I have been getting physical therapy for many months. It helped some, but I wasn't making good progress with the exercises they gave. One session with Allan made all the difference. He identified the core issue and accomplished in one hour what 6 months of PT could not. His work is really amazing. I highly recommend him.

I read a bit about rolfing on the internet and thought the stories were overselling it. I figured if even 1% of it was true, it might be worth checking it out. I am now one of those "crazy success stories". I cannot say enough about how much better I feel. I've been seeing chiropractors and massage therapists for 10+ years, and none of that work compares to what I've gotten from 3 sessions with Allan. I move completely differently, I have no plantar fasciitis foot pain, and the back pain I've been "managing" with chiropractic treatments is completely gone. Go and see Allan, you will not be disappointed!
