Replaced rotten subfloors, new flooring. Repairing cabinets, installing sinks, faucets and garbage disposal. Fixing plumbing and drain problems. Installing lighting, fan and exhaust ducting. Alex knew what he was doing checking my attic and roof for rodent entry points. He gave an estimate which he did not exceed. Did the work in a timely professional way and even came back and checked things for for free when I had a concern. Great to work with and knows what he is doing.
