Safeco Plaza is still under renovation but it is looking like a world class five star commercial business building. And it seems to be about 60% occupied. I love going there. The main entrance has a huge, attractive sculpture outside, adorned with freshly maintained flower beds. And there are two sets of revolving doors moving people through the main lobby.

It is an office block where several corporates run their operations. It is very clean and open area. There are multiple eateries outside which offer delicious food and beverages. Some of them prepare amazing coffee. It is easily accessible through road. One can walk down too here as pavements are well built there.

This building is famous for being across the street from the Seattle Public Library and containing a phallic structure in front!! Good, courteous staff! Building is open until around 5:30pm on weekdays, and on the weekends it's closed to the general public. Umbrellas are available for general use when you don't want to be a Seattleite and actually use an umbrella. The Mel's Market on the 3rd Ave side is pretty good! The deli has burgers, soup, salad, and pretty much anything you would find in a deli. Prices are meh though. The staff in the building gives out free Seahawks donuts from Top Pot in the morning of game days, or when the game falls on a Sunday.
