Helen has been cutting my hair, or cleaning up bad cuts I’ve had from other stylists in Kitsap, for the past 12 years. Helen has a fresh, contemporary perspective and she wants to please her customers. Yesterday, she had to reshape a botched cut so it will, in time, become an Italian Bob. Now, my hair has flow and shape again and I have a renewed patience for the grow out phase. Her new salon location at Mosaic on E Broadway in Capitol Hill has easy, complimentary parking under the building. Walk-ins, are welcome, but I always make an appointment because of the long trip from Poulsbo. Prices are reasonable. Hours are Tues-Saturday 10a-5pm. Here is the first cut/color...read full review

Great service, great cut, great price, and I'm always in-and-out in about 15 minutes. They always give me exactly what I ask for, and I don't have to book weeks in advance - usually I can just walk in off the street.
