The resort offers a large space with easy parking and individual enclosures, making it suitable for nervous pets. They also provide last-minute care and communicate effectively with clients, including during pet drop-off and pick-up. Overall, Hillrose Pet Resort is a wonderful option for doggy daycare in the Seattle area.
As with any cat boarding, the living space is pretty small and the out and about time is pretty short. But they are well-organized and took good care of my needy elderly cat and I'm satisfied with that.
Hillrose was flexible, friendly and generous. Prices were great for day care for our two kitties for 2 days. They let them stay together since they're bonded.The only hiccup was that I have hearing loss and the intercom on the door after hours didn't work. It was difficult to have a conversation through the glass with the after hours attendant. Once we got it figured out, it was fine, so it doesn't warrant losing any stars.We will return.
Hillrose Pet Resort was wonderful. I am a breeding and shipped a puppy with Alaska Airlines, there was an overnight layover. Hillrose picked up the puppy, called me to let me know how the puppy was doing (they were loving on her) and dropped her off back at tye airport the next morning, early. They text me to know she was dropped off safe and checked in. I will use Hillrose anytime I need a doggy daycare in the Seattle are. Wonderful.
