I absolutely love this dental office! My dental hygienist, Julie, is the best—so gentle and thorough, and I always leave with my teeth feeling refreshed. Today, I had the privilege of visiting their second location, and it is stunning—beautifully decorated and truly state-of-the-art.
I’ve seen both Dr. AJ Sekhon and Dr. Kendal Allman-Bailey, and they always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel confident in my care. They also are incredibly caring and always up to date on the latest treatments.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr Sekhon explained the procedure clearly—including the reasons for his recommended plan. Extremely gentle novacaine injectionl And throughout the procedure he checked in with me to make sure I was okay—and not just in a rote way; I felt that he really cared. The entire staff was warm, genuine, welcoming—and also professional and competent. I feel so fortunate to have found Defiance Dental. I’m a patient for life!
I have experienced absolutely nothing but stellar care at Pt. Defiance Dental. Dr. Sekhon (AJ), Julie and Bry are the same team I see every time I go in for an appointment, which helps me to feel safe and relaxed. They are a more like a family and make you welcome to “come as you are”, which creates a whole new experience for dental care. They’re down to earth, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
