“Took my 7 lb poodle there yesterday. I don't trim her like a poodle due to the weeds and sticks she goes through. This is the FIRST groomer in 12 years that groomed her the way I described! Very nice, ladies!!
I will definitely go back.”
“I recently purchased two females from Kraftwork K9 Pro. I received them in good health and absolutely was blown away at how beautiful they are. Also, they are very well behaved around children. I was nervous at first, but am now very happy with our new family members. Thank you Kraftwork, keep up the excellent work.”
“After several years at another groomer and the only groomer our pups have known, we decided to make a change. Best decision we made this year and should have done this long ago. Cindy did an excellent job. We were able to visit with her prior to the grooming and again afterwards. Outstanding communication. She is very knowledgeable had gave us common sense suggestions. Never have we been able to talk to the actual groomer or even knew who it was at the assembly line groomer of the past. Both dogs were incredibly happy when we arrived to pick them up. They seemed to have a trust and liking of Cindy and their surroundings, not trying to run away from her. The Centralia Pet Resort gave us a personal experience at a great price. Thank you again. Larry & Kimmie and of course Walter and Frankie.”
