I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and primarily see Dr Drew but have had appointments with others and am 100% happy with each visit. Dr Drew is so patient and has helped me so much. I recommend this office.

I’ve been very disappointed with the administrative side of this office. Unfortunately, the lack of organization and follow-through has impacted my care more than once.

The first major issue happened when I was experiencing extreme postpartum distress. Due to an insurance change, I was required to be seen in-office again in order to receive a referral for counseling. After the visit, the referral was never sent. I am so frustrated by this office. Bliss was great when I saw her which makes the following that much more upsetting. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for a medication for nearly two months now. Both the pharmacy and the insurance company have called to push them to fill out the paperwork multiple times. The office claimed the pharmacy never sent the request. That is a lie, I talked to the pharmacy about doing it twice. Insurance called them twice and told them to send it directly to the pharmacy approval team. I called and left a voicemail that was never responded to.
