While the service can get busy and sometimes runs behind, booking early is recommended. Clients appreciate the easy-to-use online document software and the ability to download tax copies from anywhere. If any mistakes are made, the company makes it right through communication and follow-up, treating clients well. Many would definitely recommend them.
Heidi is the best cpa I've ever worked with. As a self employed individual she always takes the time to make sure I've taken every available deduction for my real estate business and for my husband and my professional entertainment company. She does run behind sometimes, but that's because she spends the time needed with each of her clients and doesn't rush you out the door to get to the next guy. I appreciate this and am happy to have a little patience! My whole family goes to Heidi and she's especially great for musicians! I found her online document signature software easy to use and I can download copies of my taxes anytime from anywhere! Can't say enough great things about them, make sure and book early, she does fill up!
always treats me well. if any mistakes are everade they make it right and then some. I can't express enough the face that I understand the problems some people on here have faced with this company but my solution to any issue has been communication and followup. we are all human and make mistakes and we all have growing pains. it's how you deal with them and learn from them that counts and Guardian Tax Services does well on that end.
Love the work these people do they're awesome they have been doing my business and personal taxes for four years now. They're definitely very busy and try to help out in every way they can so things run a little bit behind but they are amazing people
