Kaylin is a phenomenal groomer! She listens carefully while giving grooming instructions. I always knew she would take good care of him while there at the Salon. Dexter always looked great! highly recommend Dapper Paws!
Tiffany is phenomenal! Not only did she give great customer service, but she BEAUTIFULLY groomed our difficult + anxious biting dog who usually doesn’t trust strangers. She said he was a good boy! She’s affordable and flexible, as can be evidenced by her offering to brush his teeth last second because I forgot to ask. He is prone to mats on a pretty bad scale, so she had to shave him down because she’d rather do that than cause him pain. But she kept his schnauzer face! I can see my baby’s eyes again. So glad I found Tiffany on Google, because she is the best groomer I have had since moving to WA last year. She is the only one I’ll bring my two schnauzies to from now on. Thank you Tiffany for being patient with our boy and so so kind to me. You moved mountains to make this work as quickly as possible and get him out of pain (due to mats) and for that you’ve gained a new loyal customer!
