They did a great job in finding the problem in our HVAC quickly where they found a refrigerator leak and were fast to resolve. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Amazing customer service from start to finish! Mindy in the office is great to work with over the phone and Ray saved the day with fixing both our air conditioning and heat within a few months of each other. Couldn’t recommend Custom Mechanical Services enough! They will be our go to from now on! Thank you!!
We have used Custom Mechanical Service NW twice in the last 6 months, once for heat and once for our air conditioner. Both times we had amazing service from start to finish - the interaction we had over the phone with Mindy to when Ray came out to fix the issues.
