I’m so excited to write a review for Earth Dosha Ayurvedic Bodywork! When I first started seeing Stephanie I was dealing with a lot of stress and I felt very depleted. After my first treatment I noticed a huge shift in my body. I felt so relaxed and I slept so deep that night after my appointment. I noticed my body was a lot more relaxed so I went back the fallowing week for another appointment and it was amazing! My first appointment I got the Abhyanga oil body massage. The fallowing week I got the shirodhara treatment. The feeling of having the hot oil on your body is so relaxing. When the treatment was done I walked out smiling and so calm.
