OK so first time ever to a chiropractor, and I was more than a little nervous but a pain in my neck that was radiating down my back finally made me go in to seek some relief. Wow! I’m not “cured” but what a difference one trip made. Showed me how to do isometrics to help with it and everything. So I’m a believer.
