Our dog was treated like family, the staff was beyond informative, and they offer care better than what a human might receive. It won’t be free, but you are paying for access to some of the most advanced resources available to animals. The only comfort brought to us during this scary time was that he was in the best hands possible. We did get referred here by our local vet due to his condition and they accepted us, so we can’t speak on the process to get seen, but one week later he is home and on the road to a full recovery. Thank you to everyone at the Washington State University Vet hospital, we are very grateful for you.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Golden and her team where phenomenal. Our puppy went in for a procedure to correct her pulmonic stenosis, things were looking extremely grim for her. The team supported us through the whole journey from traveling into Pullman (from across state), to testing, to choosing her treatment options to recovery. Our girl not only was treated with the best of care, but her results from the procedure were better than anyone thought possible. Thank you for giving our rescue puppy another chance at life. ❤️

This is just a general statement as I have not received any information or treatment for my dog. I have been here previously and they were great. It does seem like things have changed as they don’t let the owner accompany your dog for the general exam. I just wanted to let folks know this as I don’t agree with this methodology.
