I was dubious about telemedicine specifically with optometry, having had glasses since I was 6. The entire experience was quicker than expected and the accuracy of my prescription seemed better than my last traditional visit, which was unexpected and massively appreciated. I was happy enough with my experience that I took advantage of their discount for purchasing a 2nd pair the following week. Repeat business is the best review right?
I bought a pair of glasses recently in Korea while on vacation, and the temples became progressively stiffer to where they wouldn't fold at all and I feared damaging the frames by trying. Today while shopping at Walmart for kids' school supplies, I just happened to notice the Vision Center and walked in to see if anyone could help. The optician on duty was an older lady that couldn't have been kinder and, soon after examining them, was able to loosen some screws and fix the problem in no time. While I wasn't a customer today, I will always be grateful and think of Pullman Walmart for my future vision needs!
