Heather Morrow really is great. She treated my husband who had an ear infection that just kept hanging on. She was gentle, knowledgeable, professional, and made such a difference for him vis a vis hearing loss and pain that accompanied the infection. I'm so glad we found her. She really knows her stuff, was patient and explained everything very well! Staff is great, friendly and thorough.

I was originally supposed to go to an ENT in Spokane for my thyroidectomy but we had differences in opinion. I found Dr. Goodrich and I am so glad! First time being put under general anesthesia and him and his staff made me so comfortable, Dr. Goodrich is a wonderful specialist, an amazing surgeon, and a very compassionate person. I am 4 months post op and my scar is nearly invisible. The doctor and all his staff have been so great at answering my questions and squeezing me into an appointment for concerns. I would gladly have him be my surgeon or specialist any day! 5 stars isn't enough!

I've heard it said most people hate going to the Dentist for the anxiety it causes them. I'm the same way about going to any ENT. I've had over 12 surgeries on my ears since I was a little boy. Visiting the ear Dr. is something I really don’t look forward to doing. Dr. Goodrich is a wonderful man. He is empathetic and very patient with me. Thank you Dr. Goodrich for your kindness and gentle nature. I will always recommend you to others.
