“I wanted to edit this review because it was simply not enough praise! I have since moved states, so I'm not sure who all is in the office, but my experience with Joann was PHENOMENAL. Seriously, I came in because I have hair growth in PCOS areas and was very self-conscious. She made me feel comfortable at all times, and the process was always quick but very efficient. Since moving, I have tried two electrolysis locations near me that do not even come close. They are twice the price with far inferior service than what I received with Joann. She explained everything well and always did an amazing job. This was life changing for me because of the amount of hair reduction I saw, and I have contemplated doing road trips to the area simply for her service! Thank you so much for everything you did, Joann! Amazing amazing, amazing!!!“
