Never before have I cared about who cuts my hair until I went to Great Clips in Pullman when Andrew was there. With 21 years of experience, that gentleman is an expert on solving hair related problems. I appreciate and respect that he has taken the time and effort to master his craft.
We've gone to the Pullman Great Clips location several times now and Leah, Johnny, and the gang have always treated us with kindness and patience. One of my kiddos is special needs, and Leah specifically took the time to understand what exactly he wanted with his hair and was so gentle with him. Both of my kiddos specifically request her any time they need a haircut!
This rating is specifically for the one in Pullman, I can't speak for all stores. I come here every time to get a haircut. To be fair, I have very easy hair to cut, but I have always felt welcomed and have been treated with professional service every time. They keep the place clean, and they are quick and efficient, but they don't rush and all of the stylists I have had have accepted my ideas openly.
