I had an unfortunate experience with a hair tie and needed an emergency haircut on a Sunday. The salon was busy, but the staff were friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I told the stylist what I needed done and she gave me exactly what I asked for! 😃
They were super busy today but I was seen in a timely matter, Lia cut my hair today and she absolutely rocked it. I have a difficult hair cut but she took her time and really made sure I was satisfied. I was nervous because I am new to town but she put me at ease gave me her card. I will back. Thank you for awesome service.
I was a barber and cosmetology teacher for many years. I have a difficult head to cut. I have had several different people at the Pullman location, and haven't had any complaints about the hair cut i got.
