This rating is specifically for the one in Pullman, I can't speak for all stores. I come here every time to get a haircut. To be fair, I have very easy hair to cut, but I have always felt welcomed and have been treated with professional service every time. They keep the place clean, and they are quick and efficient, but they don't rush and all of the stylists I have had have accepted my ideas openly.
Super friendly check in. Very welcoming. Lia and Amanda were all smiles, welcoming, professional and so very friendly. I told them how I wanted my haircut and they DELIVERED! Super happy with my cut! I will be back... Thank you Lia and Amanda! Both are very professional and know their stuff! 😃
This place is awesome, the whole team is so friendly and welcoming, they are amazing at what they do. I was extremely pleased with my results. I am very picky when it comes to my hair but this was such a positive e experience
