I used to do our taxes, but a few years ago they became more complicated, way beyond my knowledge or many other accountants knowledge. Not only do I own a small business my husband and I adopted our son at birth and that has A LOT of intricacies that I knew nothing about. I heard of Carmel from another couple who adopted their son and they were very happy. It was a confusing time for us on what information was needed and she walked us though it and was very helpful. Needless to say we continue to use Carmel every year, she and her staff have been wonderful each time.

The offices and admin staff are very professional, when trying to find someone capable to do my taxes Carmel and her staff made me feel like I put my taxes in good hands. The best part though was when I had my meeting with Carmel she took the time to explain to me all the different boxes and categories on my tax forms, she educated me on how I can save money for my next return and what advantages my specific job can have for taxes. Even their paperwork you take home with you has a great presentation with the thick paper and a nice folder they put it all together in. Bottom line, the firm is professional, very classy, and very capable. They have earned my business without a doubt.

Carmel and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional; They know how to make "taxes less taxing" and make sure you keep as much of your hard-earned money as is legal. I highly recommend their services!
