Such a reassuring experience. I was worried about how my brows would turn out and if it would be painful. Lori is such a sweet lady. She immediately me put me at ease and explained the process step-by-step beforehand, and throughout. I usually have a low threshold for pain and it did not hurt at all. I’m very happy with the outcome. I look refreshed and vibrant. I highly recommend Lori. I understand they also offer massage services, You can tell the team is passionate about their work and they enjoy it. Super friendly. I was very apprehensive about having permanent makeup done. I had wanted to do it for a long time, but I’m prone to inflammation so I assumed there would be pain and swelling.
I had eyebrows and eyeliner both done the same appointment in February. Lori is very friendly and easy to strike up conversations with. It’s almost like just chatting with a friend. I noticed her business suite was very tidy, she was careful to explain everything in detail. She has excellent precautions against infection. Washing hands and changing gloves frequently etc. Everything she uses is completely sterile.
