The staff is great! Always friendly, and prompt with appointments. The doctors take time to listen to your needs. Very cheerful and professional environment. Won't go anywhere else!
I have been Dr. Thompson's pt since 2008 (I think) at that time he had his practice in Sunnyside WA. I used to see him for back adjustments. One day, I related to him that I had knee pain. He immediately referred me to an orthopedic dr who agreed with Dr. Thompson's diagnosis.When Dr. Thompson left that practice, I lost track of him. But in 2019, I Googled him, hoping that I would find him and ...voila found him in the big metropolis of Prosser, Wa. LOL. Every time I see Dr. T. Always prompt with appointments, friendly staff, and both chiropractors are amazing as well as the massage therapists. Staff is always friendly and professional, and they take the time to listen to you. Never feel rushed, and everything is always explained very well. My back has never felt better, and with regular visits my migraines have reduced in frequency. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
