I highly recommend massage therapy by Toshiko. She is very present, and brings your body into a state of calm. She certainly has an authentic gift for healing. Your body, mind and heart will thank you for spending part of your day with her. She's brilliant!
This place is a home base for a group of practitioners dedicated to healing your mind, body, and spirit. Excellent location and skill set! I once tooth a laughter therapy class here where we literally laughed for a half hour. That was something else!
